Apartment Condition Checklist

The following checklist is to assist you with move-in and move-out preparations. Tenants should be sure to take pictures and video to document the condition of the apartment. It is recommended that each tenant complete a form and turn a copy of it in to the landlord. 

Documenting the state of the property is one of the best ways to receive your security deposit back after moving out.
